Acceptable Registration Methods

• Online application: Applications open annually (May 6 for the 2025 cohort) and must be submitted via the dedicated application portal by the posted deadline (May 19, 5pm EST).
• Pitch and demo: Shortlisted teams are invited to pitch and demo their projects to the Advisory Board during a remote Pitch Night (June 4).
• Eligibility: The majority of the team should reside in New York State, and the program is open to both digital and non-digital game projects. Current students may apply as part of a team, but not as team leads.
• No budget required at application: Teams are not expected to submit a budget; learning financial planning is part of the program.
• Q&A and support: Prospective applicants can attend a Q&A session or contact the program coordinator for guidance.
